Be Mindful for Outdated Advice

Today, there is an abudance of information that can be found all over the internet.  Word of mouth, especially, is notorius for buidling credibility for information that may or may not be accurate.  However, like with anything you hear in life, I believe the best way to approach information is to be open, be mindful, but also be driven to find out the answer for yourself!
